The full ESI lifecycle —
run for you, or set up for you to run.

eDiscovery

Collection. Processing. Hosting. PM Support.
Production and Exports.

eDiscovery rarely runs in a straight line. On any given day, the team might be pushing out a production while collecting data from a new custodian. Phases overlap, priorities shift with the docket, and responsiveness matters more than a tidy pipeline diagram. Our process is organized around the industry-standard EDRM framework — the model the whole field uses to map the lifecycle — so we can meet your matter wherever it actually is.

You choose how much of it we carry. Hand us the whole database management and we run it soup-to-nuts — searches, loads, and productions, off your plate. Or we set up the environment and hand you a workspace you can drive yourself, with support available a la carte. Either way, you get reliable, self-directed access to your data in a professional tool, packaged with precisely the support you need — whether that’s a multi-custodian review or a single custodian and a couple thousand documents.

What that covers:

  • Collection — Gathering electronic data from custodians — phones, cloud email, servers. Have it ready, or lean on us for licensed PI support, forensic experts, or remote collections.
  • Processing — Loading collected data into the review platform, checking for errors, fixing and validating, and publishing to your review environment.
  • Hosting — Maintaining your data in the review environment so your team can access it, typically priced per GB.
  • PM support — Setting up the search terms, coding panels, and issue tags the way your reviewers need, and loading and producing data as the matter develops. Much of our value lives here, in our flexibility to provide the level of support you need.
  • Production — Delivering a defined set of documents to opposing counsel — or receiving and processing theirs — with the right format, metadata, redactions, and numbering to meet the agreed specifications or court rules.

We’re committed to being there for our clients — whether you drive the matter yourself and call us only when you hit something you’d rather hand off, or lean on us for more as it grows. Our tools are Big Law–tested, and our accessibility gives clients the flexibility to approach the technology side of a matter however they choose.

Let’s talk through your matter.
