Q: What happens after I reach out?

A: You should expect a phone call or a reply to your email within 20 minutes during business hours. Maybe a little longer after hours.

Q: Do I need an account or contract in place before we can start work?

A: With the exception of hosting in a review platform, no. We require email correspondence outlining scope and the responsible billing party — but the gist is: you tell us what to do, we confirm it’s doable, and we do it.

Q: How does billing work?

A: We provide our services on net-30 terms unless different terms are outlined up front.

Q: Will I have one point of contact?

A: We have a team of dedicated customer service members. Generally, you’ll work with one of them, but we encourage our clients to communicate with the team to ensure continuity.
