Court Reporting
Focus on the witness,
not the technology or logistics.
Certified Reporters. Remote Depositions.
Videography. Interpreters. Logistics.
Mainstay Legal can provide certified court reporters and the record of testimony — depositions, hearings, arbitrations, and examinations under oath (EUOs). All our reporters are state-certified (CSRs), and we get certified transcripts out the door every day.
Most depositions run remotely now, and it’s where our hands-on support earns its keep. You shouldn’t have to run the tech to take a deposition. Our staff kick the session off and remain available during — getting every party and the witness connected, troubleshooting technology, keeping the audio clean, and handling whatever comes up — so counsel can focus on running the deposition, not the technology. The proceeding runs clean, and so does the record.
And the logistics are a single call: reporter, videographer, interpreter, and location. We can serve the subpoena, source and reserve the room, and staff the people — and when the record needs a place to happen, we have a conference facility ready to go.
Another vendor’s reporter didn’t show, we had one there; Notice didn’t include videographer, we got one there; Witness dropped from the call, we got her back; Older witness (or client) can’t connect to the proceeding, we got them on the record.
