This is internal software. BillingSys is used only by Mainstay Legal
staff and is not offered to the public. There is no sign-up, and no external users.
What it does
BillingSys manages Mainstay Legal's job intake, production tracking, billing logs and invoice preparation. It connects to Mainstay Legal's own QuickBooks Online company to create and retrieve invoices belonging to Mainstay Legal.
It connects to one QuickBooks company — ours. It does not access any other organisation's accounting data.
Access
The application runs on servers at Mainstay Legal's own premises and is reachable only from our internal network or an authenticated VPN connection. It is not published to the internet.
