Disconnecting BillingSys from QuickBooks

Access can be revoked at any time, immediately, from within QuickBooks Online.
Revoking access stops all further data exchange at once.
To disconnect
- Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an administrator.
- Go to Settings → Apps (or Apps → My Apps).
- Locate Mainstay BillingSys and choose Disconnect.
What happens to data
Disconnecting revokes the application's access token. BillingSys can no longer read from or write to QuickBooks Online.
Accounting records already in QuickBooks are unaffected and remain in Mainstay Legal's company file. Records held in BillingSys remain on Mainstay Legal's own servers and are retained in line with our Privacy Policy.
